NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS TO RELOCATE BANK CHARTER AND TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH Notice is hereby given that Equitable Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, in accordance with the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 8-115.01 of the Nebraska Banking Act, filed an application with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance for approval to relocate its charter and main office from 113 North Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, to a new facility at 3450 Ewoldt Street, Grand Island, Nebraska. Equitable Bank also filed an application pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 8-157 of the Nebraska Banking Act to establish a branch at 113 North Locust Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, if its application to move the bank’s charter and main office is approved by the Department.

Objections to one or both applications must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, PO Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for November 22, 2024. If substantive objections to one or both applications are filed, the matter will be scheduled for hearing.
