NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN INSTALLMENT LOAN LICENSE AND NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A BRANCH
Notice is hereby given that Aqua Finance, Inc., One Corporate Drive, Suite 300, Wausau, Wisconsin, NMLS No. 1082164, has filed an application with the Department of Banking and Finance, State of Nebraska, for an Installment Loan License and an application to establish a branch, in compliance with the provisions of the Nebraska Installment Loan Act. Aqua Finance, Inc. intends to operate installment loan servicing business activities in Nebraska under the Installment Loan Act at its main office at One Corporate Drive, Suite 300, Wausau, Wisconsin, and at its branch at 900 Alderson Street, Schofield, Wisconsin, NMLS No. 1831081.
Objections to the application must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, PO Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for May 15, 2024. If substantive objections to the application are filed, the application will be scheduled for hearing.
