Notice is hereby given that Monarch Servicing Solutions, Inc., 1650 South Research Loop, Suite 1, Tucson, Arizona (NMLS No. 2544480) has filed an application with the Department of Banking and Finance, State of Nebraska, for an Installment Loan License in compliance with the provisions of the Nebraska Installment Loan Act. Monarch Servicing Solutions, Inc., Tucson, Arizona Branch intends to operate installment loan servicing business activities in Nebraska under the Installment Loan Act. 

Objections to the application must be filed with the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, 1526 K Street, Suite 300, PO Box 95006, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68509, within fifteen days after the date of publication scheduled for May 16, 2025.
