NASAA EFD System Availability for Electronic Filings

NASAA EFD is migrating to a new commercial cloud and website and will not be available January 1-5, 2025. Filings will need to be submitted before midnight ET on December 31, 2024. Additional information here. Alternatively, you may submit filings payments directly to NDBF during that period.

UPDATED DELAYED DEPOSIT SERVICES INFORMATION

The Department has updated its Delayed Deposit Services Interpretative Opinions and its Frequently Asked Questions document. The Interpretative Opinions were effective May 1, 2011, and include new Interpretative Opinion No. 7, which relates to Collection Items and the types of documentation that Department examiners will be looking for in collection files.
